  • 300 ml cream;
  • 150 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano plus 3 cm of crust; 150 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano plus cm of croust
  • 100 ml white wine;
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg;
  • 1 pinch of white pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon of corn flour dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water;
  • crusty bread for serving;

How do you prepare the Parmigiano Reggiano Fondue?

A simple, quick, practical recipe that will leave everyone speechless. Its preparation takes place in a few simple steps.

Pour the wine into a thick-bottomed pan and allow the alcohol to evaporate by boiling it for about 2-3 minutes.

Then add the cream, nutmeg and diced Parmigiano Reggiano crust.

Mix thoroughly and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour in the Parmigiano Reggiano (diced to facilitate its melting) and let it melt, then add the corn flour to thicken the mixture.

Season with white pepper to taste and serve with plenty of crusty bread.
