Spaghetti burro, acciughe e lime

Spaghetti with butter, anchovies and lime

- Mancini spaghettoni 320 gr
- butter 100 gr
- red onion finely sliced into slices 50 gr
- Cantabrian anchovies in oil 40 gr
- dill 10 gr
- lime 1
- 1 clove of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste

Fry a drizzle of oil and garlic in a pan, add two ladles of the pasta cooking water. Cook the spaghetti al dente and finish cooking in the pan.
With the heat off, add the butter, Cantabrian anchovies, dill and onion. Stir until the butter is completely melted. Serve and finish with a generous grating of lime zest before serving
