Uovo alla Coque con caviale

Soft-boiled egg with caviar

Ingredients (4 people):
• 4 white eggs
40 gr di Calvisius Caviar
• white pepper and salt to taste



Put the eggs in a saucepan with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain them, warm them under cold water, place them in the egg cup and cut off the top, mix the contents with a pinch of salt and a grind of pepper, add the caviar and serve decorating as desired with a stem of chives.
