1884 - Capriano del Colle DOC Rosso Riserva
Great intensity for this "reserve" for which the best grapes are selected. Almost balsamic notes are the counterpoint to the fruity linearity of the aromas and the pleasantness of drinking.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature with maceration of the grapes for about 20 days in steel tanks ad élevage in French oak tonneau for 12 months. Further refinement for 12 months in the bottle.

Grapes: Merlot 50%, Marzemino 40%, Sangiovese 10%
