The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP del Borgo red label is a completely artisanal, product that comes from a skilful aging of the blend of grape must (from the Emilia Romagna region) and a small percentage of wine vinegar. Aging takes place in oak barrels and, like Condimento del Borgo, is available in three labels for the three different uses in the kitchen. All our types are "aged".
It is suitable for exclusive recipes, on vegetables, strawberries, ice cream or Parmigiano Reggiano.
We do not recommend cooking it. The rounded taste of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from Borgo Red Label, which superbly marries sweet and sour, comes from a slow aging in oak barrels and makes it the most precious product in the range of balsamic vinegars of Modena.
