Simone Scaletta is a young winemaker who produces his own wine in Monforte d’Alba, one of the eleven municipalities of Barolo. In town Manzoni he cultivates five hectares of vineyards with a natural approach, respectful of the land and its fruits. Viglioni, Sarsera, Chirlet and Autin'd Madama are the four vineyards that give the name to his wines. Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo and Barolo, wines rich in personality and character, produced with a natural vinification, made of decanting at the right time and a slow aging, without the need for filtration, which allows a balanced evolution , authentic and natural.
Barolo "Bussia" DOCG
Barolo "Bussia" DOCG is an intense red with garnet reflections, it releases fresh aromas of small red fruits, undergrowth and dried rose which evolve into balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate it is rich and complex, thanks to the finesse of the tannins and the marked acidity, which give it a touch of extreme elegance. With its balanced temperament it fully reflects the characteristics of the Monforte territory.
