Botticino DOC Riserva "Don Piero"
Red wine obtained mainly from Barbera, Sangiovese and, to a lesser extent, Marzemino grapes, grown on the hills of Rezzato.
The grapes are thinned and a late harvest is done, strictly manual in the first ten days of October.
After a soft pressing and a maceration on the skins for 30 days, the malolactic fermentation is carried out in wooden barrels where it is refined for 36 months.
Aging in large 10hl wooden barrels and bottle aging.
It has an intense ruby red color and is a wine of considerable elegance and complexity to the taste and smell.
