100% Italian artisan butter from centrifuge cream;
it is a butter preserved in Alta Langa water in a small glass container. At the time, butter was kept in the cold water of the well to preserve it. This ancient tradition gives the name to this extraordinary product.
Obtained from centrifuged cream of fresh milk coming exclusively from the Piedmontese valleys; it is straw-colored in summer when the cows feed on grass, lighter in winter when they feed on hay. The taste is unmistakable, delicate, obtained thanks to the use of selected enzymes, it is enhanced by the pleasant scent of cream; the butter is printed by hand with traditional wooden molds and then wrapped by hand.
Excellent to be eaten raw, preferably at room temperature, for breakfast with bread and jam, as a snack with bread, salami or anchovies.
Once the jar has been opened, it is still recommended to keep the butter in the water to keep it fresh. If the butter is not completely covered, add some plain mineral water.
