100% Italian artisan butter from centrifuge cream;
Obtained from centrifuged cream of fresh milk coming exclusively from the Piedmontese valleys; it is straw-colored in summer when the cows feed on grass, lighter in winter when they feed on hay. The taste is unmistakable, delicate, obtained thanks to the use of selected enzymes, it is enhanced by the pleasant scent of cream; the butter is printed by hand with traditional wooden molds and then wrapped by hand.
The addition of whole Cervia sea salt to the fresh cream flavor makes the butter versatile for immediate consumption in many preparations.
Excellent for first courses, desserts, salmon canapes.
