Culatello is defined as the king of cured meats; it is obtained from the rear part of the thigh of heavy pigs born and raised in Emilia Romagna and Lombardy.
The product is delivered vacuum-packed clean and ready to cut; moreover it is wrapped in a cloth of food-grade paper moistened to ensure softness to the cut.
It does not contain additives or preservatives, gluten and lactose free.
Shelf Life: 6 months from the date of packaging.
