Mannamaru is born from the slow and careful infusion of fresh Sicilian mandarin peel and aromatic herbs, a combination that makes a one-of-a-kind amaro with the exceptional and unmistakable scent of Sicily.
Mannamaru is the Sicilian amaro that is born on the slopes of Etna, produced in small quantities, using BIO tangerines carefully selected by local farmers.
The best organic mandarins present in the Catania plain are carefully selected and then peeled one by one. The peels are infused with alcohol and wild herbs and left to rest for 20 days.
Finally, pure water from the source of Etna is added and thus the only mandarin bitter is born. The Mannamaru bitter is clear and has a beautiful coppery color. It contains intense aromas of mandarin, orange blossom and herbaceous notes, for a sweet and harmonious balance on the palate while maintaining a strong and full-bodied taste.
Mannamaru is a versatile amaro because it is excellent drunk alone as a natural digestive but wonderful as a special ingredient in tasty alcoholic drinks.
