Between the Langhe and Monferrato in the Asti hills we visited and included in our "selection" this small winery already awarded with the "three glasses" of Gambero Rosso for its Moscato d'Asti docg and Barbera d'Asti docg wines.
A small winery, run by Gianni and his sister Paola, which marries our philosophy of the "good, clean and fair" product; sustainable viticulture, no chemical fertilizers, manual processing and low yields per hectare are the distinctive features of the company.
Moscato d'Asti d.o.c.g. "Casa di Bianca"
Natural lively wine.
The Moscato "Casa di Bianca" grapes are carefully sorted in the field during the harvest (which takes place strictly by hand), and then gently pressed; the free-run must that is obtained is processed with the Martinotti method in an autoclave, where it will rest on its lees for at least six months.
Moscato d'Asti "Casa di Bianca" is a versatile wine, suitable for any occasion and at any time of day. At the beginning of the meal for an original aperitif, excellent with meats and spicy cheeses; at the end of the meal, with dessert, it goes well with dry pastries, fruit cakes or the classic Panettone and Pandoro; between meals, it can be a pleasant companion for a moment of relaxation.
