Grapes: Nebbiolo in purity.
Vinification: it begins with maceration of the skins in tanks with temperature controlled for about six days. Following the racking, in the following fifteen days, the alcoholic fermentation in steel ends. The wine is then placed in barriques to obtain malolactic fermentation at a constant temperature of 20 ° for two months. At the end of this phase it is placed again in barriques for another two months.
Tasting characteristics: intense ruby red color with slight garnet reflections, opens on the nose with fresh aromas of wild roses and red fruits. It is a wine with a generous body, but it is tempered by delicate velvety notes that balance the typical complexity of the grape through a pleasant sensation of freshness and a good persistence. Aging in the bottle gives the product complexity and pleasantness for the next ten years.
