From cultivation to processing in the factory, everything takes place where it has been dreamed for a long time: the Olives are treated with the same Passion and attention that our peasant ancestors had.
The product thus passes through the hands of the producer and reaches our tables: good and of quality, perfectly in line with the highest standards of the oil market.
The olive trees are grown in the total absence of herbicides, pesticides and any product with chemical composition. The extraction of extra virgin oil takes place with a cold pression “a freddo”, respecting all standards.

A refined blend ideated specifically to satisfy even the most delicate "palates", produced by squeezing local cultivars, including moresca, verdese, tonda iblea and biancolilla.
