From the land to the consumer
A working philosophy studied for a long time to promote an important and innovative project, and which aims towards a single goal: to enhance all production processes and carry them out within the estate.
From cultivation to processing in the factory, everything takes place where it has been dreamed for a long time: the olives are treated with the same passion and attention as our peasant ancestors.
The product thus passes through the hands of the producer and reaches our tables: good and of quality, perfectly in line with the level standards of the oil market
The olive trees are grown in the total absence of herbicides, pesticides and any product with chemical composition. The extraction of extra virgin olive oil takes place cold, respecting all standards.

Organic extra virgin olive oil "cold pressed" D.O.P. Monti Iblei sub-area "Gulfi";
Produced by pressing the Tonda Iblea cultivar from almost a thousand olive trees, of which three hundred are centuries old, located between the hills of Cava Scura and Contrada Serra Vascelleria in the municipality of Chiaramonte Gulfi.
It is distinguished by a light fruity with balanced notes of bitter and spicy, with a typical descriptor of the Tonda Iblea cultivar attributable to the green tomato.
