A working philosophy studied for a long time to promote an important and innovative project, and which aims towards a single goal: to enhance all production processes and carry them out within the estate.
From cultivation to processing in the factory, everything takes place where it has been dreamed for a long time: the olives are treated with the same passion and attention as the peasant ancestors.
The product thus passes through the hands of the producer and reaches our tables: good and of quality, perfectly in line with the level standards of the oil market
The olive trees are grown in the total absence of herbicides, pesticides and any product with chemical composition. The extraction of extra virgin olive oil takes place cold, respecting all standards.

Produced by pressing the Moresca and Verdese cultivars, coming from about 16,000 olive trees facing the sea in the splendid homonymous valley.
Its characteristics are the medium-light fruity smell with a slight herbaceous sensation, light bitter and spicy sensations are perceived to the taste, with a typical descriptor of the two varieties, Moresca and Verdese, attributable to the hint of artichoke.
