Smoked sweet paprika is a very particular aromatic spice, derived from the processing of peppers of the “Capsicum Annum” species, peppers or chillies that are dried on precious woods and ground into a fine and delicious powder, which preserves the heat and releases subtle aromas. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
It is suitable for flavoring sauces and gravies, fish and meat, octopus and squid, cured meats and sausages such as chorizo. In vegan cuisine it goes beautifully with potatoes, zucchini, carrots, chickpea soups or dishes of rice, tofu, seitan and wheat muscle.
