Salamesimato Dallatana is a pure salami obtained from the meat of one and only pig born and raised in the Parma area, selected for weight and age.

All cuts of meat are used, even the most noble so as to obtain a salami of the highest value and quality.

Salamesimato is a limited quantity, exclusive and numbered salami.

It is processed completely by hand and stuffed into natural casings with the addition of a precious sea salt and fine Malaysian Sarawak pepper.
