Il Moro, a Val Camonica IGT Red Wine, obtained mainly from Merlot (60%) and Rebo (40%) grapes.
A fine wine, ruby in color, perfumed with hints of blackberry, small fruits and a component of spicy, balsamic and aromatic herbs.
A product of the Farm Scraleca, usually harvested in the second decade of September when ripeness is reached, grapes are selected and harvested strictly by hand, preferring the early hours of the morning. Slowly fermented at a controlled temperature, the grapes are also subjected to de-stemming and subsequently folding, aged 6 months in steel barrels and 12 months in second passage barriques and 6 months in the bottle.
A rare and prestigious red that is born inside the Naturalistic Park of Lake Moro at latitudes between 265 and 320 meters high, on ancient terraces recognized with the drywall technique exposed by Neso on sandy soil.
